PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
YNB is available with or without ammonium sulfate. YNB is composed of salts, vitamins and trace elements. Some component dropouts are available. To make your own synthetic defined yeast media, start with the YNB of your choice, add a carbon source, the appropriate amino acids, and agar if necessary.
