These positive-control templates can be used to verify the performance of PCR assays involving our primer sets for detection of pathogenic bacteria. The DNA fragment sizes amplified from these controls are different from those amplified from the bacterial genome, so contamination of the control can be easily monitored. DNA is supplied in sterile TE buffer at 100 pg/µl.
