Fatty Acid Poor
This preparation of Bovine Serum Albumin is further processed to yield a product with fatty acids content of <0.2 mg/gm protein. This grade of albumin is especially useful for those protocols which require low amounts of fatty acids for its nutrient and/or stabilizing properties.
