Description
CellAmp Direct Probe RT-qPCR Kit is designed for simple two-step real-time RT-PCR with probe detection, directly from animal cells, without RNA extraction. The kit includes cell lysis buffer, DNase I, a reverse transcription reagent set (PrimeScript RT Enzyme Mix, 5X CellAmp Buffer II and RT Primer Mix), Probe qPCR Mix (2X) and ROX reference dyes. Probe is not included.
