CellAmp Direct RNA Prep Kit for One Step RT-PCR (Real Time) prepares RNA templates directly from cultured cells, without a separate RNA purification step. It is designed for use with One Step TB Green PrimeScript RT-PCR Kit (Perfect Real Time), One Step TB Green PrimeScript RT-PCR Kit II and One Step TB Green PrimeScript PLUS RT-PCR Kit, and allows template preparation and real-time RT-PCR within about 20 minutes. Compatibility with other one-step or two-step real-time RT-PCR kits has not been confirmed.
