Description
CellAmp Direct TB Green RT-qPCR Kit is designed for simple two-step real-time RT-PCR with TB Green, directly from various animal cells (adherent, floating and primary cells, stem cells and iPS cells), without RNA extraction. The kit includes lysis and DNase I reagents, a reverse transcription reagent set and TB Green Fast qPCR Mix, so reverse transcription and PCR mixes do not need to be prepared separately. TB Green Fast qPCR Mix gives high resistance to PCR inhibitors and high reactivity with GC-rich targets.
