Description
Probe qPCR Mix is a 2X premix designed for probe-based real-time PCR (qPCR). It combines a hot-start PCR enzyme with an optimized buffer to suppress non-specific amplification and deliver high amplification efficiency and detection sensitivity. The mix supports accurate target quantification and detection over a broad dynamic range and is also suitable for high-speed PCR. It contains Tli RNase H, a heat-resistant RNase H that minimizes PCR inhibition by degrading residual mRNA when cDNA is used as template. Primers and probe are not included.
