Description
Probe qPCR Mix MultiPlus is a 2X premix designed for targeted, probe-based real-time PCR (qPCR) using the 5' nuclease method, including multiplex detection. It contains Tli RNase H, which helps avoid PCR interference from residual mRNA in cDNA templates, and Uracil-N-Glycosylase (UNG), which reduces false positives from carryover contamination. Also contains PCR enzyme, dNTPs and Mg2+. Primers and probe are not included.
