Description
RNA to cDNA EcoDry Premix (Oligo dT) is a convenient lyophilized (dry) master mix for efficient, accurate first-strand cDNA synthesis. Each tube contains SMART MMLV Reverse Transcriptase, dNTPs, buffer and oligo(dT)18 primers, so reactions need only PCR-grade water and your RNA. The premix is packaged in individual 8-tube strips with optically clear cap strips and can be stored at room temperature for months without loss of reverse transcriptase performance. SMART MMLV RT synthesizes high-quality first-strand cDNA of up to 11.7 kb from virtually any transcript.
