Description
TB Green Advantage qPCR Premix is a ready-to-use 2X master mix for real-time PCR containing TB Green dye, full-length Taq DNA polymerase with a hot-start antibody, dNTPs and buffer (including Mg2+). It delivers high sensitivity, a broad dynamic range and accurate quantification, and is compatible with all real-time PCR instruments. Two separate ROX reference dye tubes are supplied: ROX Reference Dye LSR for instruments with a 488 nm laser excitation source, and ROX Reference Dye LMP for other instruments.
