TB Green Premix Ex Taq II FAST qPCR

Description

TB Green Premix Ex Taq II FAST qPCR is a reagent designed exclusively for real-time PCR with TB Green, an intercalating dye. It pairs a mutant Taq DNA polymerase suited to high-speed reactions with a buffer that suppresses primer-dimer formation, giving a wide dynamic range, high fluorescence intensity, strong specificity and fast cycling. The premix includes heat-stable Tli RNase H, which limits PCR inhibition by residual mRNA in cDNA templates, and UNG (uracil-N-glycosylase), which prevents amplification of carry-over contamination. A universal reference dye and a visualization dye make reaction setup easier. For low-concentration samples, the included EASY Dilution II (for Real Time PCR) gives more accurate quantification than dilution with water or TE.
