Description
Titanium One-Step RT-PCR Kit performs one-step, gene-specific RT-PCR in a single tube. The enzyme mix combines a highly purified Moloney murine leukemia virus (MMLV) reverse transcriptase for first-strand cDNA synthesis with Titanium Taq DNA Polymerase for PCR amplification, giving high sensitivity from small amounts of RNA. For two-step applications, Takara recommends the Advantage RT-for-PCR Kit.
