The MP Diagnostics ASSURE Syphilis Rapid Test (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) uses a combination of syphilis antigen-colloidal gold conjugate and immobilized syphilis antigen to detect T. pallidum antibodies (IgG, IgM and IgA) qualitatively and selectively in whole blood, serum or plasma.
