Recombinant Human GM-CSF

Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) promotes the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells and the generation of neutrophils, eosinophils and macrophages. Recombinant Human GM-CSF from E. coli is a 14.6 kDa globular protein which contains two intramolecular disulfide bonds and two potential N-linked glycosylation sites.
