Our ProLabel Quantitative Expression Vector Set allows you to express your protein of interest as both N- and C-terminal ProLabel fusion proteins. The vector set works in conjunction with the ProLabel Chemiluminescent Detection Kit, which provides all of the reagents you need to quickly, easily, and directly measure the expression of your ProLabel fusion protein, even in crude cell lysates. These kits were designed to assay for protein knockdown in RNA interference (RNAi) studies, but they can also be used to create assays for any ProLabel fusion protein.
