O-157 (Verocytotoxin Genes) One-Shot PCR Typing Kit

This kit enables simple PCR detection of type 1 and type 2 verocytotoxin genes from enterohemorrhagic E. coli O157 in a single tube. The premixed solution (2X One Shot PCR solution in 0.2-ml tubes) contains all the reagents required to perform PCR including specific primers and Takara Ex Taq polymerase. Detection can be initiated by simply adding the sample template DNA.
