Our ribonucleoside triphosphates are suitable for use in in vitro-transcription and siRNA synthesis for RNAi studies. The SP6 RNA Polymerase is a DNA-dependent polymerase that exhibits high specificity for the bacteriophage SP6 promoter sequence, while the T7 RNA Polymerase is a DNA-dependent polymerase that exhibits high specificity for the bacteriophage T7 promoter sequence.
