Blood and plasma
These kits are designed for the rapid purification of genomic DNA from whole blood, serum, plasma, and body fluids (e.g., amniotic fluid, liquor, etc.). Animal or human blood samples and fresh or frozen material can also be processed. NucleoSpin Blood allows for the isolation of 4–6 μg of pure genomic DNA from 200 μl of whole blood. NucleoSnap cfDNA is ideal for the purification of circulating nucleic acids (cell-free DNA) in the bloodstream.
