Our kits are designed for the rapid purification of highly pure genomic DNA from tissue samples, mouse tails, bacteria, yeast, forensic samples (e.g., hair, dried blood spots, buccal swabs, cigarette filters), and clinical samples (e.g., stool, urine). NucleoSpin Tissue is a versatile solution providing the highest sensitivity for purification of total DNA from clinical or forensic samples, tissues, cells, yeast, bacteria, or viruses. NucleoSpin Tissue XS is a high-sensitivity product for DNA isolation from small sample quantities, such as biopsy materials, forensic samples, or FACS-sorted cells. Elution occurs in as little as 5 μl, resulting in highly concentrated DNA.
