Description

The 5X One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Kit, GPR contains a 5X master mix for one-step, probe-based real-time RT-qPCR (5' nuclease method). It combines PrimeScript III RTase, a heat- and inhibitor-resistant reverse transcriptase (heat tolerance up to 55°C), with TaKaRa Taq HS, a hot-start PCR enzyme, in an optimized buffer. The 5X concentration improves the limit of detection of one-step RT-qPCR without a preamplification step and allows flexible sample volumes. Reverse transcription and qPCR are performed in the same tube, reducing contamination risk. Suitable for applications such as gene expression analysis and RNA virus detection. GPR products are registered as general purpose reagents, manufactured to stringent quality standards for molecular diagnostic assay development (research use only). This version includes ROX reference dye.
