Description
The One Step PrimeScript RT-PCR Kit (Perfect Real Time) is designed for one-step, real-time RT-PCR with probe detection, such as 5' nuclease assays. All RT-PCR steps are performed in a single tube, which simplifies amplification and reduces contamination risk, and products are monitored in real time without gel electrophoresis. The kit uses PrimeScript RTase, a modified recombinant MMLV reverse transcriptase with low RNase H activity that gives rapid, full-length cDNA synthesis, and TaKaRa Ex Taq HS, a hot-start PCR enzyme, in a buffer optimized for real-time PCR. It is suitable for detecting small amounts of RNA.
