Description
The 5X PrimePath Probe qPCR Kit, GPR is designed for sensitive pathogen detection by probe-based qPCR (5' nuclease method). The 5X concentration frees up reaction volume, so more sample can be added to improve the limit of detection, or additional primer/probe sets can be added to develop multiplex assays, with no preamplification needed. The kit contains TaKaRa Taq HS, a hot-start PCR enzyme, in an optimized reaction buffer. The 5X premix does not freeze at its 4°C storage temperature. It is a general purpose reagent (GPR) labeled For Laboratory Use, manufactured in an ISO 13485-certified facility.
