Description
Lyo-Ready One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix is a liquid master mix designed to be combined with your own primers and probes and lyophilized for assay development. It has the same chemistry as One Step PrimeScript III RT-qPCR Mix (RR600A/RR600B) but includes an excipient that goes directly into the lyophilization process, so no additional excipients are needed. It enables RT-qPCR on purified RNA, and the dried mix allows room-temperature storage and cold-chain-free transport.
