Description
PrimeDirect Probe RT-qPCR Mix, with UNG is a 2X mix designed for one-step, probe-based real-time RT-qPCR (5' nuclease method). It allows biological specimens to be added directly to the reaction mix, so a separate nucleic acid extraction step can be omitted. The reaction is set up by simply adding primers, probe and sample to the mix. This version contains Uracil-N-Glycosylase (UNG), which avoids false positives caused by carryover contamination.
