Description
PrimeScript 1st strand cDNA Synthesis Kit contains the reagents needed to synthesize first-strand cDNA from total or poly(A)+ RNA. It is powered by PrimeScript Reverse Transcriptase, a modified MMLV enzyme with exceptionally strong strand-displacement activity that synthesizes cDNA efficiently, including from GC-rich and highly structured RNA, and gives a high yield of full-length product with low background. The cDNA can be used for two-step RT-PCR and other downstream applications.
