Description
PrimeScript II 1st strand cDNA Synthesis Kit contains all the reagents needed to synthesize first-strand cDNA from total or poly(A)+ RNA using PrimeScript II RTase. PrimeScript II RTase is an improved version of PrimeScript RTase that uses an accessory protein to suppress the non-specific binding of reverse transcriptase that interferes with cDNA synthesis, which can adversely affect RT-PCR and cDNA library production. General reactions are run at 42°C, and the kit is suited to synthesis of long cDNA.
