Description
PrimeScript II High Fidelity One Step RT-PCR Kit enables fast, highly accurate RT-PCR in a single tube. It uses PrimeScript II RTase, which has excellent elongation properties for full-length cDNA synthesis, together with PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase, which performs well in amplifying long and GC-rich cDNA and is optimized here for one-step RT-PCR. PrimeScript II RT Enzyme Mix includes an RNase inhibitor, and the improved priming specificity of PrimeScript II RTase allows reverse transcription at 45°C.
