Description
PrimeSTAR GXL Premix is a convenient 2X PCR master mix of PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase, a high-fidelity polymerase, reaction buffer and dNTP mixture. It is a robust enzyme for difficult reactions, amplifying long products of 30 kb or more while keeping high fidelity, and generating blunt-ended products. Do not use inosine-containing primers.
