Description
PrimeSTAR HS (Premix) is a 2X PCR master mix composed of PrimeSTAR HS DNA Polymerase, a high-fidelity polymerase, reaction buffer and dNTPs. It offers very strong proofreading with higher amplification efficiency than standard Taq DNA polymerase, and a simple setup with minimal pipetting. Most products are blunt-ended.
