Description
PrimeSTAR LongSeq DNA Polymerase is a PCR enzyme developed from a DNA polymerase derived from Thermococcus archaea. It combines high fidelity with high specificity on long templates, which is generally difficult for high-fidelity enzymes, and has amplified human genomic DNA targets from 0.5 to 53 kb. It is supplied as a 2X premix and works on GC-rich and AT-rich templates. Most products are blunt-ended. Do not use inosine-containing primers.
